HEALING FROM STRUGGLE LOVE

A 10-WEEK PSYCHO-EDUCATION GROUP

Healing from Struggle Love is an 10-week group for Black Women

Our group will help you transition from anxious attachment styles to secure attachment, fostering a sense of stability and security in their relationships. Through psycho-education, group discussions, and experiential exercises, you will learn practical strategies and tools to cultivate healthier relationships while navigating conflicts with confidence and assertiveness.

In our group sessions, we prioritize creating a space where every voice is valued and respected. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, explore their emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relational patterns. Through interpersonal dynamics and group support, individuals will build resilience and enhance their distress tolerance skills, empowering them to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience.

Join us in this transformative journey towards healing, connection, and empowerment. Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space where Black women can thrive, grow, and reclaim their power in relationships and beyond.

Struggle love?

Struggle love is a relationship where one partner endures and sacrifices long term. They experience stress, pain, abuse, and/or neglect as a result of the other partner’s actions or inactions during a relationship - in hopes of eventually receiving reciprocating healthy love, care and support.

Those who repeatedly find themselves in “struggle love” relationships may experience an insecure attachment style.
